The completion of a form corresponding to any of the Purposes is deemed to constitute express permission and consent to the processing of the Personal Data provided.

If the user provides prior express consent for the processing of their Personal Data (such consent may at any time be withdrawn – see paragraph 5 below), the controller undertakes to carry out the processing of Personal Data only to the extent and for the duration necessary to fulfil the purposes.

PSG LEGAL does not request, nor does it encourage anywhere, the sending of Personal Data relating to philosophical beliefs or party or trade union membership, religious faith, private life and racial or ethnic origin, or the processing of data relating to health or sex life, including genetic data. If such a situation occurs or is provided, PSG LEGAL cannot be held liable for processing in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

The period during which Personal Data is stored and kept varies according to the Purposes.

Personal Data processed for the purpose of sending service proposals and/or quotations or information related to new products and/or services will be saved for a period of 1 (one) year after the last contact with the holder of the Personal Data, without prejudice to this occurring for longer periods when the situation so warrants (and proportional to that situation), in particular to safeguard the rights of PSG LEGAL.

  1. Right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and right to portability of Personal Data.

At any time, the user has the right to have access to their Personal Data, as well as to rectification, erasure, portability, restriction and/or opposition to processing – The user can exercise any of these rights by writing to PSG LEGAL, using the address of the registered office or via the following email legal.lisbon@gmail.com

Without prejudice to the above, the user will always have the right to submit complaints to the authority with jurisdiction for this purpose.
